We highly recommend Texas American Bulldogs... we bought Lily, female pup from Thunder and Princess, in May of 2008. She will be 2 in March... she is such a wonderful pet, very protective of her family and home, plays well with her brother, English Mastiff (lives at grandma's and grandpa's). She is the hit of her day care, which has been key to her socialization. Everyone "loves her markings". Lily does love the rawhides and has never touched anything that isn't "hers" in our home. I have been training bull dogs for 30 years and this is what i call a real Am bulldog wow.I have been looking for a real stroung dog now i am getting it. I will start 2010 off right. Keep up the good work. ower trainer of world class k9. R.burrell

To all of you posting on this site about getting a puppy, I highly recommend it! I got my American Bulldog, Rocco who was born July 2006 and I absolutely love this dog!!!! He is a Johnson/Hybrid type and is extremely handsome 
. Very strong muscular built. He is very protective of me and my husband and his home. We did socialize him a lot when he was a puppy and I highly recommend this. We don't have kids but he is very gentle with them and gets along with other dogs and his sister our cat. He has his moments when he doesn't warm up to certain people but for the most part he loves human attention and enjoys belly rubs! He gets lots of attention when he is out with us. Texas American Bulldogs raises really great dogs. I am ready to get another one but I have not convinced my hubby, yet

Great looking dogs! I have an English Mastiff and a South African Boerboel. One of my best friends has an AB and I adore him.

I lost my AB, Cole, 3 weeks ago. He was 12 years of age. My heart is broken. He was my jogging buddy, my protector, my best friend and my soulmate. I had not contemplated getting another dog but I am finding that I need someone to fill up my world. Otherwise, I find myself crying when I come home, go to bed or get up in the morning. After looking at your website, I am really impressed with your dogs. My sweet Cole most resembled your female Coco. Are you planning to breed her anytime in the near future?
