Vance, I cannot express how much I appreciate your time, counsel, and discussion around my American Bulldog selection. You have been awesome from our very first call. All of your dogs are so awesome. We highly recommend Texas American Bulldogs... we bought Lily, female pup from Thunder and Princess, in May of 2008. She will be 2 in March... she is such a wonderful pet, very protective of her family and home, plays well with her brother, English Mastiff (lives at grandma's and grandpa's). She is the hit of her day care, which has been key to her socialization. Everyone "loves her markings". Lily does love the rawhides and has never touched anything that isn't "hers" in our home. To all of you posting on this site about getting a puppy, I highly recommend it! I got my American Bulldog, Rocco who was born July 2006 and I absolutely love this dog!!!! He is a Johnson/Hybrid type and is extremely handsome . Very strong muscular built. He is very protective of me and my husband and his home. We did socialize him a lot when he was a puppy and I highly recommend this. We don't have kids but he is very gentle with them and gets along with other dogs and his sister our cat. He has his moments when he doesn't warm up to certain people but for the most part he loves human attention and enjoys belly rubs! He gets lots of attention when he is out with us. Texas American Bulldogs raises really great dogs. I am ready to get another one but I have not convinced my hubby, yet

Great looking dogs! I have an English Mastiff and a South African Boerboel. One of my best friends has an AB and I adore him.
