Texas Sage X Sully has produced white & red pups larger in size and a functional working hybrid bully type. This was our goal with this breeding.
We have Annabelle & Lonestar Baby from the 1st breeding. They have proven to be excellent working dogs.

Send us an email or give us a call to let us know what type of bulldog you are looking for. We have breedings that will make exceptional family pets and home protectors. Others will make excellent working dogs with high drive and unmatched athletic ability, this type would need additional training to be a house dog and companion. We can match up a pup to fit your needs.
Placing a deposit will reserve a current or future pup. Paypal is available below or you can mail a check or Postal money order for deposits. The balance is due when you pick up the pup or prior to shipping. Balance can be paid by paypal, U.S. Postal money order or cash. No checks please. We accept deposits on planned breedings. You can also place a deposit and go on a waiting list for a pup from a specific dog. Example - you want a male pup from Thunder and we have no planned breedings listed, next breeding with Thunder you get 1st pick male, this deposit can be transfered to another breeding with Thunder if you choose. Deposits can be transfered to another breeding or refunded if we don't produce a pup ( breeding doesn't take). A no show for puppy pick up with no prior contact and arrangements will be considered a deposit forfeit. Forfeited deposits (if you decide you don't want a pup after reserving one) are donated to dog rescues.
We occasionally keep a pup for our program if we are replacing a retired or sold dog so we reserve the right for 1st pick if needed.
At 6 weeks of age everyone will make their pick in the order the deposit was received. Any pups that are not reserved at this time after the picks are made will be listed individually as available. We feel at this age you can get a better feel for a pup, personality has started to develop, size and other qualities can be determined. Another reason, we feel there is much more to a pup other than color and markings. You can have the biggest pup with the best markings but if his drive is too high and his temperament is very dominate he won't fit a family type situation that well without extensive training and constant excercise. A less dominant and laid back personality would better fit the family lifestyle. Very large dogs are harder to handle in the house and around guests. Take your time to evaluate a pup and ask plenty of questions. Hope this info helps.
$100 deposit will reserve a pup. Reserving a pup before they reach 8 weeks old locks in the price posted with the available litter. Pups are priced from $800 - $1000. $ 800 for local pick up unless a different price is posted. $1000 for a pup that needs to be shipped from DFW airport. Check out the shipping page for additional info. After reserved pups are picked @ 6 weeks the available pups will be listed indivdually.
Pups come with ARF and or NKC papers, 2yr written guarantee, current shots, deworming, health record, and a puppy contract.
You can place a $100 deposit to reserve a puppy with a credit card, paypal account, postal money order or check. The remainder of the balance is due prior to shipping or when you pick up the puppy in person. We ask the balance be paid in cash, U.S. POSTAL money order or credit card, please no checks. Our credit card payments are accepted through a secure site PayPal and we have been a verified member for several years. Just click on the button below to use a credit card or PayPal.
